In the times and culture we live in, the wisdom of the womb has tried to be buried and suppressed. Yet, there is a calling from the Great Mother and the Womb of creation that calls women home to their womb. This work found me in 2018, after sexual abuse, STD diagnosis and deciding to get off hormonal birth control. I had a moment in my yoga teacher training where I heard my womb speak, she said ““take this out, I want to bleed”. I had not menstruated in 2 years after having an arm implant night control and I was terrified of my debilitating bleeding days coming back, yet I knew in my heart that I had to be courageous and listen to my womb.
Over the last 8 years I have studied womb wisdom in all forms, goddess history and the way patriarchy replaces a feminine god with a masculine, learning womb cleanses, yoni steaming with medicinal plants, breast massage, mayan abdominal massage, Venusian rose temple body arts, devotional singing to the divine mother, somatic dance, somatic voice, kundalini energy work, working with the waters and goddesses to heal the womb and bloodlines and more.
Through this work I have healed painful menstruation, hormonal imbalances, shame, released sexual trauma while also opening into the healing power of my womb and eros.
I have supported dozens of women to get of hormonal birth control, move through shame, connect to their sexuality and sensuality in healthy ways, re-sensitize their bodies to clear freeze and holding patterns and to find safety in their body voice and womb

Rose, The Mother, Sound and Womb Connection
In a lot of my work with the Womb, I have noticed a deep connection between these elements and womb healing. The Rose carries a deep healing medicine for the womb, for shame, for the heart, for the divine mother. The rose is a direct portal into the frequency of the divine mother’s unconditional love. This plant teacher I use with most clients as she is so supportive to healing on both energetic, emotional and physical levels.
The Great Mother I could write a hole book on , her role in womb work is deeply spiritual and energetic as she allows us to connect with the womb of Gaia (mother earth) as well as heal the relation we have with our blood mother, who’s womb we spent the first part of our lives. Connection with the many great goddesses and the presence of the MOTHER , beyond what our blood mother is key in healing and restoring the womb to its organic nature of love. She can really only be understood through experience and deep listening.
Lastly, the voice! Our voice and womb have a biological connection formed in womb that which the vaugus nerve runs through. When we sing and use our voice to transmute pain and inner sensations there is a deep power that can be felt. Working with speaking our needs and desires as a woman and speaking from our hearts and wombs is a key aspect of healing the womb, being Abel to express to create , the throat chakra is what allows us to fully birth the ideas and creative impulses we receive from our sacral chakra and 3rd eye. In my sessions we work with your voice as a tool for healing your own body. In add-on I bring in both healing mantras, somatic vocal work and many healing instruments like sining bowls, drums, guitar, harmonium, and singing to you to support the energy in moving and with integration.
